Preheat oven to 425º Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed sauté pan over medium heat
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (1/2 stick)
- 4 cups yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 3 pounds frozen spinach, defrosted, chopped
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Gruyére cheese, grated

Thaw pastry 20 minutes. In medium skillet brown chicken breasts in hot butter; set aside
- 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm frozen Puff Pastry
- 2 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
- 2 tablespoons butter or margerine
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water

- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup margarine
- 2 eggs

- 1 cup mushrooms, slice
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Herbed Chicken with Artichokes
