1. In medium bowl, whick together the oil and vinegars
- 1 cup flavorless vegetable oil, canola or safflower
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely minced red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup finely minced white onion
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

- 1/4 cups powdered buttermilk
- 1/2 cups half and half
- 1/2 cups sour cream (you may use light sour cream)
- Butter to spread on the tops before baking :: Yields 12 biscuits.
