Chili in a Biscuit Bowl

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- Toppings:
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix (recommended: Bisquick)
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Flour, for dusting the work surface
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 (14-ounce) cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Shredded sharp Cheddar
- Sour cream
- Sliced green onions (white and green parts)
- Corn chips
Rolled Cookies on a Stick

- Cream together:
- 1 1/2 stick butter - room temp.
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Beat in:
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring
- Add:
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. baking soda
