Chill ingredients. Mix in punch bowl - add 7-Up last
- One fifth Southern Comfort
- 3 qts. 7-Up
- 6 oz. fresh lemon juice
- (1) 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
- (1) 6 oz. can frozen lemonade
Pecan Biscotti

- 3 eggs
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 c while pecans
Amish Sugar Cookies

In a large bowl, beat the butter, oil and sugars
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Mushroom and Fontina Crostini

Preheat the oven to 400°
- Four 1/2-inch-thick slices of peasant bread, halved diagonally
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds white mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 medium shallots, finely chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
- 3 tablespoons water
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 pound Fontina cheese, coarsely shredded (about 1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Apple Butter Waffles with Cinnamon Syrup

For extra fluffy waffles, separate eggs and beat the whites separately until stiff peaks form
- For the cinnamon syrup:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- non-stick cooking spray for the griddle
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup water, cold
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cheese, Leek and Onion Bisque

Sauté leeks, celery, onion and garlic in better until tender
- 1 cup leeks, peeled, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Malibu Beach

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice; gently mix and strain into a tall glass filled with ice
- 1 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. Malibu coconut rum
- 2 shots of pineapple juice (sometimes people substitute cranberry juice)
- 2 shots of orange juice
- Pineapple and orange slice for garnish

Potato Soup

Cook potatoes; drain water and reserve water
- 3 cups cooked potatoes
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 6 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups canned chicken stock
- 6 tablespoon hot milk or cream, or to taste
- 3-6 drops Tabasco
- Garnishes: chopped green onions, diced cooked bacon, grated cheese, sour cream

- 1 cup sliced celery
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 to 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or 1/2 dried
- 2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
