- 1 (14- to 18-oz.) jar barbecue sauce

- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup molasses
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
BLACKENED CHICKEN SALAD

- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/4 t thyme

- spinach or salad greens (as allowed)
POACHED HALIBUT

Heat up the vegetable broth in small frying pan
- 100 grams per serving halibut
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
- Pinch of grated orange zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Stevia to taste
