For a little kick add a few drops of hot sauce
- 1 cauliflower head
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 15oz can tomato puree
- 2-3 vegetable boullion (knorr xlarge cubes)
- 4 quarts cold water
- 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
- black pepper to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- broken up pieces of spaghetti

- 1 tsp crushed or minced garlic
- 4 1/2 cups water
