Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 / 3/4 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temp
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, room temp
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1 pound milk chocolate, chopped
- 4 ounces chocolate chocolate covered English toffee bars, such as Heath or Skor, cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 7 ounce milk chocolate
Dill Dip

Mix together and refrigerate until needed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons dried dill week
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons Lowry salt.

- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 6 eggs

- Truffles and chocolate sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 16 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 teaspoons pure peppermint extract
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 cups (2 1/2 pints) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- Mint sauce:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups (lightly packed) fresh mint leaves

Combine wine, oil, vinegar, garlic and oregano in shallow non aluminum baking pan
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 1/2 lbs flank steak
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 16 oz. can whole tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
