Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Basil

Mix tomatoes, oil, garlic, and basil
- 8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, slivered, with oil
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced, Optional
- 1 lb pasta

In skillet add oil and garlic and heat
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped or powder
- 3 pounds chicken
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup pale dry sherry
- 1 green pepper, in strips
- 1 red pepper, in strips
- 1/4 to 1/3 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tarragon
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced

- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons cold water

Cook potatoes 25 minutes in salted boiling water
- 14 small new red potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 6 eggs, hard cooked, peeled and halved
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 2 scallions, all white and 2 inch green thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill weed
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tablespoons heaping Grey Poupon Parisian mustard

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs plum tomatoes, chopped- about 8 large tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons red win vinegar
- 1 pound fusilli, freshly cooked
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
