Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each strawberry so the berries stand upright
- 20 whole large strawberries, hulled
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup confectioners' powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract.
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans.
Creamy Dijon Topped Potatoes

In a small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, mustard and basil until smooth
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/3 cup black olives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped
