- 3 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
Icebox Fruitcake

A vintage Christmas dessert from the 70's that I haven't made in a long time
- 1 (14.4 oz) box graham crackers or honey graham crackers (I used honey)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup halved candied red cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped dried or candied pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped dates (or dark raisins)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup coarsely broken walnuts
- 1 cup coarsely broken pecans
Miss Piggy Cupcakes

Bake and cool cupcakes. The tops need to be flat or almost flat, if not, trim off excess with a sharp knife
- Vanilla cupcakes baked in paper liners
- Pink tinted vanilla frosting
- Large marshmallows, cut in half crosswise (1 half for the snout and 2 small triangles cut from the other half for ears)
- Regular size semi-sweet chocolate chips (for eyes, pointy side down)
- Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (for nostrils, pointy side down)

- 1 (11-ounce) package butterscotch chips (I used Nestle)
- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter (I used creamy)
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups crispy chow mein noodles (I used LaChoy, comes in a bag)
- Edible candy eyes (usually on baking aisle or in party supplies)
Slow Cooker Pizza

I was amazed at how well this turned out! Kids love it! Give it a try for your next pizza craving
- 1 1/3 cups packaged Bisquick baking mix (I used Wal-Mart's Great Value brand)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornmeal (I used Aunt Jemima yellow cornmeal)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup jarred pizza sauce (I used Ragu)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or more as desired
- Pizza toppings of choice (pre-cook any raw meats) (I browned about 2 ozs. lean ground beef with a little salt and pepper, and a few slices pepperoni)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinches of dried Italian seasoning
- Dash of garlic salt
- 2 - 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided (green can kind)
- Crushed red pepper flakes, optional

- 1 package (36) chocolate Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, slightly softened
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vegetable shortening (I used Crisco)
- Mini round pretzels, broken or cut for antlers
- 36-40 red, brown or black Sixlets candies
- 72-80 candy eyes (shown are Betty Crocker, 7/16")

- 1 1/2 sleeves saltine crackers (about 60)
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cut into thin pats and slightly softened
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- For the Filling:
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, or lime juice, or combination of both
- For the Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 5-6 tablespoons confectioners sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk powder, optional but recommended for stabilizing the whipped cream
- Coarse sea salt for garnish, optional
