- 2 cups fresh strawberries, divided
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon tobasco
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 bunches flat-leaf spinach (stemmed) or baby spinach
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper

- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small pack of Malaysian Curry Spices
- 1 small yellow onion -- diced
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes -- drained
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups cooked Jasmine Rice
HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN OVER RICE

- 5 lbs. chicken legs and thighs
- 1/4 c. dark mustard
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 c. rice
- 1 bell pepper, chunked
- Corn oil
- 1 onion, chunked
- 2 garlic cloves
- Balsamic vinegar to taste
- Salt and pepper
