- 1½ - 2 pounds New York strip steak cut into ¾” pieces
- 4 ribs celery diced
- 1 medium sized onion diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers fine dice
- 5-6 cloves of garlic diced
- 4 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ground oregano
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can black beans 15 ounce drained
- 1 can kidney beans 15 ounce drained
- 1 can garbanzo beans 15 ounce drained
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 ounce
- 1 can diced tomatoes 28 ounce
- 3 – 4 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon beef base
