- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Sugar (Splenda)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Cotija Cheese
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt

1. If using frozen berries, thaw at room temperature 30 minutes
- 1 qt. fresh or frozen huckleberries or blueberries (4 cups)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- 2/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 pound small potatoes, preferably in a mix of colors
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 scallion, thinly sliced (1 tablespoon)
