- 2-20 oz cans crushed pineapple, drained and

- 6 oz of juice
- 6 T flour
- 1 c sugar
- 6 T pineapple juice

- 30 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c melted butter
COCONUT FRENCH TOAST

Instructions Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 loaf french bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 8 eggs
- 1 (15 oz.) can coco lopez
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut extract
Vegetarian French Onion Soup

Melt the butter in a 6-quart stockpot over medium-high heat
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 large yellow onions, sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 Tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 4 (1-inch) thick slices of baguette, toasted
- 4 oz Swiss or Gruyere cheese, shredded

Cut bananas and layer onto Crust Pour Cheese mixture into Gram Cracker crust layered with bananas Pour pie filing
- 1 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 small cool whip
- 1 tsp. Vanilla (or other choice)
- 2 bananas
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- (Or other filling)
- Gram Cracker Crust
- Soften cheese
- Whip cheese
- Add sugar
- Fold in cool whip
- Cut bananas and layer onto Crust
- Pour Cheese mixture into Gram Cracker crust layered with bananas
- Pour pie filing over top
- Refrigerate
