Mix the potato and ingredients an put in a casserole dish
- TOPPING:

- 2 cups sweet potatoes

- 2 egg, beaten

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup coconut (not sure we want that)
Oven-Fried Picnic Chicken

Heat oven to 400ºF. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 1/2 lb)
- 1 cup corn flakes cereal
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix or Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 2 packages (1 oz each) ranch dressing mix (dry)

1. Grease a 2.5-3 quart baking dish (attractive enough to bring to the table) with butter, oil, or cooking spray
- 2 slices white bread (I used leftover french bread from dinner the night before. If there is any way you can do this I highly recommend it!)
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced cooked, unpeeled red potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups mixed shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl, combine pretzels and butter
- FILLING:
- 1-1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 5 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped unsalted peanuts
