Instructions Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan
- 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (I use Kings Hawaiian) cut into 1 inch cubes
- 10 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1/2 cup cooked and chopped Canadian bacon
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, well drained
Easy Cream Cheese Cherry Danish

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 1 box (17.3 Oz. Size) Puff Pastry, Thawed Overnight In RefrigeratorOR CRESCANT ROLLS
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 can (20 Oz. Size) Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Sugar
- 1/2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
GRILLING SAUCE for Fish, Chicken, Meat

Mix and put on Fish, meat, chicken and grill Can add: "Pineapple Salsa" when cooked
- 6 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 6 Tbs orange juice
- 1 Tbs Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp salt & pepper, or to taste

Picnic Chicken Pasta Salad

Bring chicken to a boil in broth and water
- 2 Brests
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 1 lb bow-tie pasta
- 1 bunch broccoli, florets only
- 1/2 Cup chopped purple onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Salmon Cakes with Mango Tartar Sauce

To make tartar sauce, whisk together the mango, mayonnaise, capers, and salt and pepper, to taste, in a medium bowl
- 1 cup peeled, diced mango (1 large)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
- Pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
