Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instant Pot Kielbasa Pasta

Add olive oil to a dutch oven pan over medium high heat
- 1 lb Kielbasa or turkey/chicken sausage, smoked
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 1/2 cups Onion
- 1 (10 oz) can Tomatoes - I used fire roasted
- 2 cups Chicken broth, low-sodium
- 8 oz Pasta, dry= I used bowtie pasta
- 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- about 2 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese= I used more to make it cheesier...about 2 cups
- 1/2 cup Milk or heavy cream
Easy Peach Cobbler

- 1 large can peaches, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk

- 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 bag mini chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup water

- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 lb nuts
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Rotel Muffins

Mix all ingredients except biscuits in a mini muffin pan
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 2 cups swiss or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can layered biscuits
Yummy Rice Krispie Candy

Melt almond bark in microwave
- 16 oz white almond bark
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 cup peanut butter
Catfish Jambalaya

In saucepan over medium heat, saute vegetables and garlic, cooking till tender, about 10 minutes
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can Rotel
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb catfish fillets, cubed
- Hot cooked rice
- Sliced green onions
Wally's Beans

Stir together in a huge pot
- 2 14 oz cans of each: kidney beans, lima butterbeans, garbonzo beans, all drained
- 2 14 oz cans of baked beans, not drained
- 28 oz catscup
- 1 lb bacon, chopped and cooked crisp, save the grease
- 3 medium onions, sliced then and sauted in the bacon grease
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 1 tablespoon powdered mustard
- 1 lb brown sugar
