Beer Bread

Combine first 3 ingredients
- 1 can beer
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, melted

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened
- Frosting:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 chopped bananas
- 2 cups chopped nuts, divided
- 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 1 lb pkgs powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanila
Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Saute onion in butter. Add broccoli and cook just a few minutes
- Head of fresh broccoli
- diced onion
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups cooked rice
- salt and pepper
Chicken Yakisoba

Rinse yakisoba noodles in hot water according to package's directions
- 1 package (17 ounces) fresh yakisoba noodles
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly into strips
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 onion, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and julienned
- For the Yakisoba Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

Place cream cheese in a medium sized mixing bowl
- (2) 8 oz packages of cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup bacon crumbles, divided
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
Baked Spaghetti Recipe

1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- 1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar (24 ounces) meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups (16 ounces) 4% cottage cheese
- 4 cups (16 ounces) part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 small pack caramels
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
Blueberry sourcream Cake

Preheat oven to 350F/180C
- 2 cups flour plus 2 Tbsp extra (separated)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar*
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup / 8 oz sour cream (you may sub plain or Greek (plain) yogurt)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil (light or the fruity version)*
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups fresh blueberries (rolled into the 2 tbsp flour)
- 1 cup, confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Lemon juice

- 2 4 oz cans chopped green chilies
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
