Bacon Cheeseburger Upside Down Pizza

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 3 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
- 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese (cold pak spread)
- 1 8 oz Stick Philly Cream Cheese
- 1/4 lb Butter
- Tabasco Sauce (to taste)

ITALIAN MEAT LOAF

- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

- 2 tbsp. dried chopped onion

- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried Italian herbs, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. spaghetti sauce

Wild Rice Brat Casserole

Melt butter, add vegetables and cook until onions are translucent, set aside in a large bowl
- 1 lb Wild Rice Brats (regular works too)
- 2 cans wild rice
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
- 3/4 C Celery (chopped)
- 2 cans whole mushrooms
- 1 lb Bacon (cut up)
- 16 oz Beef Broth
- 1/2 C sliced almonds (toasted)

- 1 LB Hamburger
- 1 Onion
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can Vegetable Beef Soup
- 1 Bag Frozen Veggies - your choice
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Bag Tator Tots
Chicken Noodle Soup

In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can vegetable broth
- 1/2 pound chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Italian Pasta Salad

Mix all and marinate overnight
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Chopped Cucumbers
- 2 Chopped Green Peppers
- 1/2 Thin Sliced Red Onion
- 1 Box Rutoni noodles (cooked & drained)
- 1 Can Black Olives (sliced)
- 1 Jar Green Olives
- 1/2 lb Sliced Pepperoni
- 1/2 Head Broccoli
- 1/2 Bottle Shilling Salad Supreme
- 1 16 oz Bottle Italian Dressing (whisbone)
Rotisserie Chicken

- 1 (3 pound) whole chicken
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
