- 2/3 cup chopped onions
- 2 teasp salt
- 1/2 teasp pepper
- 2 cups Corn Flake Crumbs

Grate untoasted bread to make crumbs
- 4 – 4 oz chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 large garlic clove, shopped fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped

- 2 tablesp. Fresh chives, chopped

- 8 oz. package of cream chees
- 1 box (16 oz.) Confectioner’s Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cook squash until tender. Add all other Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups mixed squash (1 1/4 cup of yellow

- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups of Ritz Crackers, crushed
