Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Cream Shortening Add Sugars & Beat in Eggs & Vanilla Add Flour, Baking Soda & Salt
- 1 Cup Shortening
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Ceaser Salad Dressing (Mom)

Mix together all ingredients and pour over Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 Egg
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Ribs - Dry Breaded

Place ribs in pot Add Soya Sauce, Salt, Vinegar & Eggs - Mix together Add Flour & Mix well to coat ribs Deep fry
- 4 cups Spare Ribs - Cut in 1/2 pieces
- 3 teaspoons Soya Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 Eggs - Beaten
- Garlic Salt
- Lemon
Meatloaf

Mix together first 6 ingredients and add to Ground Beef and Cheese Mix together topping ingredients Put in pan an
- Topping:
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 3 Slices of Diced Bread
- 1 grated Onion
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Dry Mustard
Banana Bread

- 1/4 cup Margarine
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 Large Bananas - Mashed
- 1-1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Crisp Mustard-Glazed Chicken Breast

- 4 boneless chicken breasts, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for breasts
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup coarse breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
- 3/4 cup homemade or low-sodium canned chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

1. Cut pork crosswise into 1/2-inch slices; flatten each slice slightly with hand
- 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (hot chile sauce, such as Huy Fong)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
- 1 cup red bell pepper strips
- 1/4 cup low-fat sesame ginger dressing (such as Newman's Own)
