Fresh Plum Flan Recipe

Cream together sugar, butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind or fresh lemon rind
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 2 cups halved pitted fresh plums or other fresh fruit or canned fruit
- Topping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Zucchini Muffins with Nutella Swirl

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 extra large egg
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- Zest of one lemon
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Sweet Potato Casserole

Combine all main ingredients and beat with mixer
- 3 cups or 2 cans sweet potatoes (cooked and mashed)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Raspberry Turkey Tenderloins

In a small saucepan, combine the first five ingredients
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 turkey breast tenderloins (6 ounces each)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
White Chocolate Coconut Blondies

Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 of a vanilla bean
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped into chunks
- 3/4 cup toasted coconut
- 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped, divided
- zest of 1 lemon
Spaghetti Carbonara

Start cooking spaghetti while bacon is cooking
- 1/4 pound Bacon
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or cooking wine
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 pound cooked spaghetti
Spiced Peach Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 cups spiced peach butter
- (You could also use apple butter)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes

Lightly grease each 2 1/2 inch cup in a 12-cup muffin tin
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 7 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 can Crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
- 6 Maraschino cherries drained and halved
- 1 cup Cake flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 large egg separated at room temperature
- 1/4 cup Butter softened
- 1/4 cup White sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Reserved pineapple juice (from above can)
Malted Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 325F. In a small bowl, combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, and Malted Milk Powder
- For the Cupcakes
- 2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Malted Milk Powder (I’ve linked you to King Arthur Flour, where I got mine)
- 1 cup cold Coffee (I used Green Mountain Coffee Donut House)
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Scharffen Berger Cocoa Powder
- 2 oz Unsweetened Scharffen Berger Baking Chocolate
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 cup Half & Half
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Maple Marshmallow Filling
- 1 7 oz. tub of Marshmallow Cream (Found near the Peanut Butters & Jellies)
- 2 tablespoons Grade B Maple Syrup
- Malt Chocolate Frosting
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 1/3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/3 cup Malted Milk powder
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1-3 tablespoons Half & Half
