- 2 8oz cream cheese boxes
- 2 big spoonfuls sour cream.
- 2 pkgs of taco seasoning
- shredded lettuce
- chopped black olives
- chopped green pepper
- chopped tomatoes
- 4 cups shredded Mexican Cheese

This is a meal that the whole family will love
- ALFREDO SAUCE:
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Garlic Powder to taste, optional
- 1 1/2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- SHRIMP:
- 8 jumbo shrimp
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup green onions
- MUSHROOMS:
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine

- 1 (10.5-ounce) can beef broth
- 1 shallot, chopped or 2 green onions, chopped

- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

SHRIMP AND NOODLES

- 2 cups Vegetable broth (can also use chicken broth, fish or shrimp stock)
- 1/2 ” piece of peeled fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 clove garlic, mince
- 6 each sliced mushrooms
- 2 ” piece of fresh lemongrass, thin cut (optional)
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and bias cut
- 2 cups, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 pound cooked soba noodles (linguine can be substituted)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 green onion, chopped (green section only)
- Fresh cilantro sprigs for garnish
- Salt
- Soy Sauce

Cincinnati Style Chili

This is a Cincinnati tradition
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion chopped
SLOW-COOKER SALSA CHICKEN

Place the chicken in a slow cooker
- 2 lbs. (32 oz.) chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup salsa, homemade or purchased
- 1 cup petite diced canned tomatoes (choose low-sodium)

- BRINE:
- 1 gallon water
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere’s works great if you can find it)
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco hot sauce
- 1 tablespoons poultry seasoning
Caramelized Butternut Squash Soup

Heat bacon fat in your cast iron skillet over high heat
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb asparagus, divided
- 2 Tbsp bacon fat (hopefully you have this in your fridge)
- 3 cups chicken broth (homemade is best)
- coarse salt
Steak Sauce

- 16 oz Italian Dressing - (Zesty optional, but too tangy for some people)
- 10 oz Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Accent or too taste
- 1 tbsp Cavender's All purpose Greek Seasoning or too taste
