Apple Salad

Mix all ingredients (by hand) Cover and refrigerate
- 4 granny smith apples diced with peeling

Chicken and Rice Bake

In 3 quart baking dish, combine soup, water, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 can of onions
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken and Broccoli soup
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 1/2 cups (12oz) sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (2.8 oz) Durkee French Fried Onions
- 4 Chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs with or without skins)
- Paprika
- Pepper
Baked Cabbage, Potatoes, and Sausage

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb)

- 3 T butter
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 3/4 lb. large shrimp, peeled
- 1/3 c dry white wine
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 3 T chopped parsely
- 3/4 lb. angel hair pasta
Seafood Jambalaya

- 2 cups uncooked white rice
- 1 lb. or 16 to 20 oz small or med shrimp
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. sliced Italian sausage (can be hot or mild)
- 2 T butter
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 c chopped onions
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 t salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 16 oz can of tomatoes with juice
- 1 c chicken or beef broth
