FAMOUS DAVES - (DRUNKEN) Amaretto Apple Slices - Famous Daves

Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- 24 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into semicircles
- 3 to 4 cups of white sugar (I used 3)
- 4 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of rum

Well, after looking for this recipe on here and not having any luck, I decided to find it and post it
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (See note)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (See note)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (See note)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (15 ounce) can libby's 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 (12 ounce) can Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie pastry
- whipped cream (optional)
Sesame Orange Shrimp

Using egg whites instead of whole eggs (or yolks) in this batter creates a crispier coating
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup(s) cornstarch
- 1/4 cup(s) sesame seeds
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1.5 pound(s) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil, plus more if needed
- 1 cup(s) fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
EMERIL'S ESSENCE Creole Seasoning

- 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Yield: 2/3 cup
Asian Orange Chicken

- Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- Ingredients:
- 2 cups dry small elbow macaroni or shells
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) American cheese, cut into pieces

- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
