- 1 18.5 oz chocolate cake mix
- 1 lg pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3/4 c. (1.5 stick) butter, melted - I put the butter in glass, pop into microwave to melt, then add the water & milk to cool so it doesn't cook the eggs
- 1 1/3 c water
- 3/4 c milk
- 7 eggs
- 1 c. dark rum
- 1 t. almond extract
- 12 oz. pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips (tiny ones - they blend better)
Cinco De Mayo Bread

This can be used with the regular and rapid bake cycles
- 2/3 cup Water
- 2 cups White bread flour
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
- 2/3 cup Corn meal
- 1/3 cup Creamed corn
- 2 tablespoons Diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon Diced jalapeno~ peppers
- 1 teaspoon Cilantro (dried)
- 2 teaspoons Yeast (active dry)
Zucchini Pie 3

Directions Chop and sauté the onion
- 3 C. chopped zucchini (unpeeled)
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 C. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C. oil
- 3 Tbs. minced parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. Bisquick
- 4 slices bacon (optional)

- Ingredients:
- Cream of Cucumber Soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 English cucumbers chopped or regular cukes that are peeled, and seeded
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 quarts chicken broth
- 2 cups hot half-and-half
- 1 cup whipping cream

Savory Apple Gravy for Pork Loin Roast

Mix all ingredients and pour over pork roast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice or 1 cup applesauce (both work great)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 Place tomatoes on a large rimmed baking sheet; bake at 450°F for 20 minutes
- 12 1/2 ripe Tomatoes
- 1 1/4 cups finely chopped onion
- 5/8 cup vegetable oil, divided
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 3/4 teaspoons seeded and minced serrano chilies (more if wanted)
- 5/8 cup sliced Spanish olives (stuffed with pimentos)
- 5 tablespoons capers
- 5/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 15 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 5 teaspoons unsalted butter
