Farmer Casserole

Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish
- 6 cups Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups diced cooked Ham
- 1/2 cups sliced Green Onions
- 8 large beaten Eggs
- 2 - 12 oz. cans Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Watergate Salad

COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Simple Dilled Potato Salad

Boil unpeeled potatoes until tender, cool quickly in cold water
- 1/4 cup Onion ; chopped
- 3/4 cup Celery ; chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (light if desired)
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- Salt and pepper ; to taste
- Paprika
- Hard Boiled Egg for Garnish
- 6 Red potatoes (medium or equivalent small)
Chive Cucumber Salad

In a bowl, combine cucumbers and sour cream
- 2 large Cucumbers ; peeled & thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Chives
- 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Green onions ; chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Water
Squash Casserole

Southern Living MAY 2004
- 3 pounds yellow squash, sliced
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 20 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 3/4 cup)
Apple Crisp

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place pie filling in ungreased 8 X 8 inch baking dish
- 1 can (21 oz.) Apple Pie Filling
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Firm Margarine or butter (not melted)
Cheesecake Topped Brownies

Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (21.5 ounce) package brownie mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (16 ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting
Antoinette's Strawberry Freeze

In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and cream cheese until smooth
- 3/4 cup White Sugar
- 8 ounce Cream cheese ; softened
- 1 package (10 oz) Frozen strawberries ; thawed
- 2 Bananas ; diced
- 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip
- 1 can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple ; drained
Dairy Orange Salad

Pour boiling water over jello, add marshmallows
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 12-13 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 small can crushed pineapple - do not drain
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
- 1 3-ounce package orange jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 small can frozen orange juice, thawed and undiluted
- 1/2 cup sugar
Strawberry Salad

Directions Mix gelatin and water together
- 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
