- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 cups jarred salsa
- Kosher salt
- 8 taco shells

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
Sausage, Spinach, and Provolone Pizza

Heat the oven to 425*F. Sprinkle a rimmed baking sheet with the cornmeal
- Cornmeal for the pan
- 1 lb pizza dough, thawed if frozen
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 links Italian sausage, casings removed (about 3/4 lb)
- 1 small bunch spinach, thick stems removed (about 3 cups)

- 1/3 lb thinly sliced provolone

- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Half of a red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- One 32-ounce container (4 cups) chicken broth
- 2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 small bunch (about 10 ounces) asparagus, trimmed and cut on a diagonal into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
