- 1.25 lb block White American Cheese*, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilis
- 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 2/3 cup half and half (fat free is fine)

- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil

Cream of Corn Cheese Soup

- 2 cups chicken stock or water

Put 1/3 cup of the confectioners’ sugar in a small bowl
- 4 oz. (1 cup) confectioners’ sugar
- 5 3/8 oz. (1-1/4 cups) crushed shortbread cookies
- 3 oz. (2/3 cup) chopped macadamia nuts
- 2 oz. (4 Tbs.) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

- 1 1/4 cups warm water (110°-120°)

Sheet Pan Breakfast Bake

Directions: In a LARGE bowl mix together the Hash Browns, Cheese, Butter, and seasonings
- 11 ″x17″ sheet pan
- 6 Eggs
- 1 lb of frozen Hash Brown …defrosted
- 1 lb. semi-crispy Bacon
- 2 cups of Shredded Cheese..your choice
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste..and any other spices you might like
Baked Tortellini Casserole

1.Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil, until soft
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pound of lean ground beef 97/3
- Small yellow onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes, or whole peeled tomatoes crushed by hand
- 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 24 oz package of fresh cheese tortellini
- 4 cups of freshly grated mozzarella cheese
Barbecued Teriyaki Shrimps

1 Make the teriyaki sauce: mix all ingredients except dissolved cornstarch in a saucepan
- For The Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 kilo large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Brandy Sugarplums

In a medium bowl, soften the cranberries in the brandy for 5 to 10 minutes
- 1-1/2 oz. (1/3 cup) chopped dried sweetened cranberries
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 5-3/4 oz. (1-1/4 cup) crushed gingersnap cookies
- 5 oz. (1-1/4 cup) confectioners’ sugar
- 2-3/4 oz. (3/4 cup) toasted chopped walnuts
