- 4 1/2 teaspoons instant or rapid-rise yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups whole milk, heated to 120 degrees

"GEORGETOWN CUPCAKES" 350 degrees **NOT SURE IF RIGHT TEMP**
- ALL INGREDIENTS MUST BE ROOM TEMPERTURE!!!
- 12 TBSP BUTTER
- 1 3/4 CUPS SUGAR
- 3 1/4 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 1/2 CUPS WHOLE MILK
- 2 LARGE EGGS
- 1 tsp. SALT
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 TBSP RED FOOD COLORING (NO TASTE)
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons COCOA POWDER
- 1 1/2 tsp. BAKING SODA
- 1 1/2 tsp. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
CHOCOLATE GRANCHE

- 2 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS (THEY USE MINI)
- 1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
JAMAICAN JERK DRY RUB

Place all ingredients in a jar and shake it up
- 1 TBSP onion powder
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 TBSP garlic powder
- 2 tsp ginger
- 3 TBSP brown sugar
- 2 tsp thyme (ground)
- 1 tsp allspice
- 2 tsp cayenne peper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 ***1 1/2 tsp habanero chile pepper ground
BARBECUE SAUCE

Simmer 1 hour and cool
- 1/8 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup ketchup
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 2 TBSP worchestershire sauce
- 1/3 Cup honey
- 1/3 bottle open pit (1 1/2 Cups)

- 2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
