- PASTA FROLLA CRUST:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter chilled and diced
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- FILLING:
- 1 pound ricotta cheese drained in colander overnight in refrigerator
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 orange zest
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- TOPPING:
- 1 beaten egg
- Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
