Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Kosher salt
- Vegetable oil
- 1 pound cavatappi or elbow macaroni
- 1 quart milk
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 ounces Gruyere cheese, grated (4 cups)
- 8 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar, grated (2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked lobster meat
- 1 1/2 cups fresh white bread crumbs (5 slices, crusts removed)

SIMPLE SYRUP: 1. Bring the water to a boil
- SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 6 oz Fresh Squeezed orange juice or any orange juice will work.
- 6 oz Clear water
- 3 oz simple syrup (see below)
- 8 oz shaved or crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon of powdered milk or instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 parts sugar
- 1 part water

What a cake!! DELICIOUS! Not too sweet - not too heavy - just perfect for Summer! And the glaze is to die for!!
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Zest from 1 large lemon (or you may substitute 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract, if you don't have lemon zest)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/4 cups blueberries, tossed with
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 8 -10 teaspoons lemon juice

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 each eggs
- 1/2 cup finely ground peppermint candy canes
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped candy canes (optional garnish)
- 1/4 cup Taste of Inspirations Decadent Chocolate topping (optional garnish)

- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons sherry
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound flank steak, trimmed of fat and sliced very thin against the grain
- 3 tablespoons peanut or olive oil
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- Salt as needed (use sparingly)
