Blueberry Tea Bread

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Whipped cream cheese, optional
Chocolate Mallow Fondue

In a microwave, microwave the first five ingredients just until melted; whisk until smooth
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pineapple or banana chunks, apple slices, marshmallows, cubed angel food or pound cake
Spicy French Dip

Directions Place beef in a 5-qt
- 1 beef sirloin tip roast (3 pounds), cut in half
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced jalapeno peppers, drained
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 12 crusty rolls (5 inches)

Fruit and Caramel Brie

- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries

- 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread baguette, sliced and toasted

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 4 cups water

- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded pepper jack cheese

In a skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can (11 ounces) condensed beef with vegetables and barley soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3 medium uncooked potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 medium carrots, sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Pastry for double-crust pie (9 inches)
