mix all ingredients, store in an airtight container
- 1/2cup1/2 cup raw unsalted almonds
- 1/2cup1/2 cup raw unsalted walnuts
- 1/2cup1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 2oz.2 oz. dark chocolate chips
- 1cup1 cup raisins
- 1cup1 cup dried blueberries
OLD FASHIONED CHERRY PIE

Combine sugar, flour and salt
- 2 Pillsbury pie crusts
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups pitted cherries
- 3/4 cup juice from 2 cups pitted red cherries

BAKED CHICKEN PARMASAN

preheat oven to 450* combine bread crumbs, parmesan, and spices
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 TBS extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup low salt spaghetti sauce
Hashbrown quiche

By scratch cook
spray 10" pie plate with non stick spray
- 1 20 oz package refrigerated hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss or jack cheese
- 1 chopped green onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-4 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
- salt and pepper
Vanilla Ginger Buttercream Frosting

In a large bowl, cream butter until smooth
- ¼ cup ½ stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy
- 1 1/2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Buffalo Chicken Star

Make 3 incisions in the centre of your pizza base- ensuring they meet exactly in the middle of the pizza
- 2 chicken breasts, shredded and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup red cheddar
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 fresh pizza base
- 1 egg, whisked
CHEESE SAUCE

place butter in a small saucepan and heat till melted then remove from heat to keep from burning
- 1 cup grated cheese (use different cheeses for different dishes)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons flour

process all ingredients in a blender
- 1 &1/3 cup strawberries
- 2/3 cup rhubarb
- 2 Tbl. raw honey(or to taste)

- 1 c. uncooked wild rice
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed consomme (undiluted)
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced or 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tbsp. butter
