Easiest Crock Pot Beef

Cut your roast into approximately 1 inch cubes
- 1.5 -3 pounds chuck roast
- Beef Stock
- 6 tsp. chili powder
- 5 tsp. paprika
- 5 tsp. cumin
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
Unstuffed Cabbage

Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray
- 2 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 medium or large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 small head green cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, can add another 8- 15 oz if you like more sauce

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
- Third Layer
- 14 ounce package caramel cubes
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Four th Layer
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with foil or cooking parchment paper
- 12 wooden toothpicks
- 2 oz (quarter of 8-oz package) veggie cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or finely chopped green onions
- 6 jalapeño chiles (2 to 3 inch), halved lengthwise, seeded
- 6 slices bacon

- 2 pounds Vidalia onions, sliced
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1 /3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided

- 14 lasagna noodles (2 extra for filling in holes)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion (1/2 large onion)
- 3 garlic cloves , minced
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 medium zucchinis, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (2 cups)
- 1 medium yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups mushroom
- 1 1/2 cups grated carrots
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 12 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 heaping cup)
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- Generous handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
- One 15-ounce container whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated (1 cup)
- 8 ounces low-moisture whole-milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
