Cake Mix Holiday Cookies

For the cookies: Position oven racks in the top and bottom thirds of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F
- Nonstick cooking spray, for spraying the baking sheets
- 1 box yellow cake mix (for two 9-inch rounds), such as Duncan Hines
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Sprinkles, for decorating
Easy OREO Truffles

MIX cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (1 lb. 2 oz.) OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 4-1/4 cups), divided
- 2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
Peanut Butter Oreo Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease two standard sized loaf pans or 4 mini loaf pans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 overripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 15 Oreos, crushed (I use a food processor)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup small diced yellow onions
- 1/2 cup small diced celery
- 1/4 cup small diced red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup small diced yellow bell peppers

Preheat oven to 425° In a large pot boil water and cook Cauliflower for 8 - 10 minutes, drain and let cool
- 1 large head of Cauliflower cut into bite size pieces (approx 6 cups)
