Cheesy Chicken Fritters

Cheesy, Juicy and Flavorful Chicken Fritters always get glowing reviews
- 3 large (or 1 1/2 lbs) chicken breasts
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (or cornstarch or potato starch for gluten free)
- 4 oz (or 1 1/3 cups shredded) mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
- Extra light olive oil, or any high heat cooking oil
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Creamy Three-Cheese Spaghetti

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente

- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 3/4 c. shredded Italian cheese blend
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley

- 3 c hot water
- 1 c sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 c crushed pineapple (sm can no need to drain)

- For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 strips of bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 /2 teaspoon salt
- 1 /2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 /2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 /4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 /4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 /4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 /2 pound Italian sausage, removed from casings or ground
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 /2 cup red wine
- 2 14oz cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 14oz can petite diced tomatoes,
- 1 cup stock (whatever you have on hand, if not water)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 /4 cup heavy cream, half & half, or whole milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2-3/4 cups flour

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
