Easy Tilapia Vera Cruz

Fast, Easy Delicious Tilapia
- 3 Tilapia Filets
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes and Chiles
- 1 Can Petit Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Medium Sweet Vidalia Onion, thin sliced
- 1/4 Cup Capers (Drained)
- 3 TBS Olive or Avacado Oil
- 12 TBS Butter
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- Salt
- Black Pepper

- Ingredients
- 6 oz tomato paste (1 -6 oz can)
- 15 oz tomato sauce (1 - 15 oz can)
- 1 1/2 TBS oregano
- 2 TBS Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ TBS garlic salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 TBS granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
Very Best BBQ Sauce w/Grape Jelly

There are a lot of ingredients but it is the VERY BEST
- First
- BLEND
- 1/3 cup finely minced onion
- 2 cups Hunts ketchup
- 1 can Rotel's (drained) (mild)
- 3 anchovies
- Then
- ADD PREMIX BELOW
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 or 3 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. worchestire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- (optional) 1/2 cup (finely diced onions)
- Simmer for 1 to 2 hours stirring frequently
- Chill in the refrigerator for 3 days.

- 1 pound sliced chicken breast
- 4-6 stems fresh organic bok choy
- 3-4 organic carrots
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 organic white onion
- vegetable oil to stir fry
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (more for extra spice)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh diced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, plus more to taste
