Creme of Broccoli Soup

Super Simple Great Tastin'
- 1 Pound Mild Sausage
- 1 Pound Ground Round
- 2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 Cans Mild Chili Beans Brooks
- 2 Packets of Chili Man Chili Seasoning

- 1 large cans crushed tomatoes

Caserecce Pasta & Red Sauce

HEAT oil in a saucepot and add onions, garlic and bay leaf
- 1 lbs caserecce pasta (or your favorite small shaped pasta), cooked according to package directions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs garlic, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 29-oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 12-oz can tomato paste
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsp basil, dried
- 1/4 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- Fresh Italian parsley, for garnish
Pasta With Meat Sauce

Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil crumbled
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano crumbled
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can Italian plum tomatoes - (28 oz) drained, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 16 ounces fusilli or other short pasta freshly cooked
- 1 cup grated Parmesan

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 3 hot Italian sausage links(4oz each), cut into 1/2 inch slices- adjust according to spicy-ness you like
- 1 lb (90%lean) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans (15oz each) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5oz) stewed tomatoes
- 1 & 2/3 C crushed tomatoes in puree
- 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbs minced fresh parsley
- 1.5 tsp minced fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Pasta of your choice

- 10 oz fresh mushrooms, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
