Pour wine into the pitcher and spueeze the fruit into the wine and add brandy
- 1 bottle white wine
- 2/3 C sugar
- 3 oranges sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 lime sliced
- 2 oz brandy
- 1/2 liter ginger ale or club soda
Chicken Parmesan Panini

Butterfly the chicken breasts, cut each one in half and pound to 1/4-inch thickness
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 cup vegetable oil, plus more for brushing
- 4 sandwich rolls, split
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F

Bacon Braised Green Beans

Set a Dutch oven over medium heat and add the olive oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced garlic
- 2 pounds green beans, rinsed, ends trimmed
- 1 cup chicken stock, canned low-sodium chicken broth or water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
White Chocolate And Blueberry Bread Pudding, With Amaretto Cream Sauce

For the Bread Pudding: Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
- AMARETTO CREAM SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened, plus 2 tablespoons, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 cups 1/2-inch cubes day-old bread
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 box moist white cake mix
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 C sour cream

- 2 C gram cracker crumbs

- 1/4 C cherry preserves
