Best Ever Banana Bread

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt (or buttermilk or sour cream)
- 1 1/2 cups very ripe bananas, hand mashed (approx 3 medium bananas)
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

Lasagna Stuffed Meatloaf

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cups ricotta
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 Fresh Lasagna noodles cut to loaf size - cooked or no bake
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- Mozzarella slices
Sugar Free Jello (Alcoholic) with Kool Aid

You can make this as shots or just in a bowl
- 2 envelopes of Knox Unflavored Gelatin
- 1/2 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
- 1 packet of Kool Aid (unsweetened, any flavor)
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 2 cups alcohol (divided)
Red Potato Salad

1. In a stock pot, cover potatoes and 1 tablespoon kosher salt with water
- 3 lb red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup sliced celery (I prefer not to use this)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 Tbs fresh chopped dill
- Dressing
- 5 Tbs apple cider vinegar, divided
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- pepper to taste
Salted Whiskey Caramels

1. Line 9-inch square pan with parchment paper; spray with cooking spray
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) honey-flavored whiskey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
White Glaze Icing for Cinnamon Rolls, Danishes, etc

- 2 cups confectioners' or powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon milk
Crusty Cornbread

Directions Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup romano cheese
- 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 oz - Diced green Chile
Fantasy Fudge

1. LINE 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 small can (5 oz.) evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup) (Do not use sweetened condensed milk.)
- 12 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
- 1 tsp. vanilla
