Saute onion & bellpepper. Microwave 2 tsp butter & the cornflakes together
- 2 lbs Hashbrowns
- 1 pt. Sour Cream
- 1/2 C Onion
- 1/2 C Bellpepper
- 6 tsp Butter
- 2 C Shredded Cheese
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 C Cornflakes
Crawfish Etouffee

In a 5 qt. pot melt Butter and add chopped veggies and saute
- 1 lb Crawfish Tails
- 1 can Rotel Tomatos (diced)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Onion*
- 1 Bell Pepper*
- 1 Celery Stalk*
- 1 stick of Butter or Margarine
- *You can use frozen chopped veg.

- 10 oz (300 g) shelled, deveined, cooked medium shrimp, divided

- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) grated carrot
- 4 oz (125 g) shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup/250 mL)

- 6 C SpecialK Cereal (or any flake cereal)
