Fry's Fantastic Fondue (Hot Fudge Sauce)

1. Melt butter over low heat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
White Hot Chocolate

1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups half-and-half
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- whipped cream, for garnish
- candy cane, crushed or whole, for garnish
- peppermint liqueur, optional
- white chocolate liqueur, optional
Almond Bark

1. Toast the almonds in a 300F oven until browned
- 1 lb. white chocolate
- 1 pkg. almonds (about 100 grams)
- 3 drops almond oil
Fruit Salad

1. Clean and chop fruit to desired size
- Fruit to Taste:
- sugar
- lemon juice
- lime juice
- orange juice
- Strawberries
- Grapes
- Pineapple
- Apple
- Banana
- Oranges
- Kiwi
- Peaches
Meatballs

1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into 1-1/2" balls
- 1 large eggs, fork beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
