  • 1/2 vidalla or white onion- cut to size you like
  • 1/4 to 1/2 bunch of cilantro- according to look and taste
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can of sliced peaches with syrup- dice
  • salt and pepper
  • pinch of basil and oregano
  • 3 drops of lime juice
