- 2 14.5 -ounce cans diced tomatoes
- 1 15-oz can red kidney beans (with liquid)
- 1 15-oz great northern beans( with liquid)
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 12 oz can V-8 juice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 pound (1/2 pkg) ditali pasta

- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts in water,
- drained and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper

- 1/4 cup (1 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed

- 3/4 cup dry white wine such as Chardonnay
