1.In large pan or dutch oven combine 9 cups chicken broth( reserve 1 cup for later), carrots, celery,and onion
- 112 Ounces (80 ounces) chicken broth
- 24 ounces (12 oz) egg noodles (Pkg. frozen)
- 1 (6 1/4 ounce) box wild rice mix (quick cook)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts (diced) (Rotisserie Chicken)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 1 cup carrot (diced)
- 1 cup celery (diced)

Directions: Combine beans, broth, garlic and half the onions in a large pot and bring to boil
- 1 lb large white beans
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- 1 T. Oil
- 2 cans (4 oz size) mild green chilies, chopped
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cups cooked chicken breasts (diced)
- 3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- salsa
- sour cream
- 1 pint half and half

Bake at 350 for 40 mins. 20 mins at 420
- mixed together
- 1 lb sausage (browned)
- 1 bag potato crowns
- 1 1/2 C cheddar
- 1/2 C mozzarella
- mix and pour over potato/ sausage mixture in a 9x13
- 2 C milk
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
