- 1 2C bag of shredded mozzarella
- 1 jar of sauce of your choice (I used Prego Tomato Garlic Basil sauce)

Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl
- Optional:
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1 1 egg
- 2 1/4 2 1/4 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
- 2 2 2 Cups chocolate chips

Mix bar ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan
- Frosting:
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 15 Oz Can Libby's Pumpkin
- 2 Cup Flour
- 3 Oz Cream Cheese
- 6 T. Butter
- 1 T. Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Cup Powdered Sugar
Chicken and Baked Potato Casserole/ Jen

First, layer half of the potatoes, followed by all of the chicken in the pan
- 3 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced(about 1.5 lbs. or 4 1/2 cups)
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, cooled and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, sliced (green parts only for low-FODMAP/low-fructose)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Blend in the mixer and spread
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- 6 T. Butter
- 1 T. Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar

Follow directions above. So good!!
- In Bill's Red Owl Bag:
- 1 Reg size Corn Chex Cereal
- 1 Reg size Rice Chex Cereal
- 1 jar of peanuts : Optional
- Melt together:
- 1 lb. Butter
- 3 Cups Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- Bring to a boil, boil 3 mins.
- Add 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla, Stir
- Pour mixture over cereal in bag. Shake
- Microwave 2 mins. - Shake
- Microwave 2 mins again - Shake
- Optional: Can add 1 lb. bag M&Ms - Shake
- Dump on waxed paper to cool.
Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole/ Vicky

Mix all together and put in a foil lined and sprayed 9x13
- 1-1/2 lbs Ground beef (brown with minced onion and drain)
- 1/2 pack of bacon (micro and put in freezer and crumble)
- 2 C Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 32-oz Package frozen tater tots
- 1 10.75oz C cheddar cheese soup
- 16 oz Sour cream

Double recipe: Add and mix ingredients
- Can Double Recipe:
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup (butter flavored) Crisco
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp water
- 1 1/2 Flour ( a little more for thicker cookie)
- 2 Cups Oatmeal (add a little extra if desired)
- Optional: Mini Choc Chips

- 1/3 Cup (softened) Butter
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/3 tsp Vanilla
- Just enough Milk to make spreading consistency. Add food coloring if you would like.
