Instant Pot Broccoli Cheddar Soup/Jen

Add butter, diced onion , diced broccoli, carrots, chicken broth, pepper, salt and crushed red pepper flakes to pot
- 5-6 Potatoes- diced
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1 Sm Onion diced
- 1 head broccoli chopped very small
- 1 C shredded Carrots
- 32 oz Chicken Broth
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes or Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 C cold Water
- 1/4 C Cornstarch
- 2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded - or more( 1 1/2 8oz packs) Can use Velvetta
Angel Food Cake/ San

Flour and 3/4 C sugar. Begin beating egg whites slowly and add salt, cr of tartar and flavorings while mixing
- 1 C and 2 T Cake Flour
- 1 3/4 C Sugar (divided)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cr of tartar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp (scant) Almond
- 1 3/4 C Egg whites , room temp
- (about a doz)
- Frosting:
- 2 Lbs Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 C Water
- 1 1/2 C Crisco
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Scant tsp Almod
- Mix with mixer for 10 mins
Instant Pot Potatoes, Ranch Sausage/ Katie Flint

Place Potatoes in bottom of pot, then frozen green beans, then slices of bologna and carrots
- 1 Ring Bologna
- 1 bag Frozen Whole Green Beans
- 4 Potatoes diced
- 1 Pack Ranch Dressing Mix
- 2 T Butter
- 1 C Water
- Baby Carrots
Beef Stroganoff/ Katy Flint

Brown and drain Hamb. Saute onion in butter in skillet
- 1 Lb Hamb
- 1 Can Cr of Chic Soup
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1/4 C Water
- 1/2 tsp Beef Paste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Diced Onion
- 1 Tbs Butter
- 1 Tbs parsley
- Salt and Pepper
- Reames Noodles
Cinnamon Rolls

Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 mins
- Mix and let stand 15 mins.
- 3 1/2 C Warm Water
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Oil
- 6 Tbs Yeast (4 1/2 saf-instant)
- Then add:
- 1 Tbs Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 10 1/2 C Flour
- Mix together 10 mins and let stand 10 mins. Oil board (dont use flour). Dump out dough. Divide in 1/2 .
- Press 1/2 out in rectangle. Spread with 1/4 C melted butter. Then with Cinn/Sugar mixture. Roll up tight. Divide into 12 rolls and put on greased cookie sheet. Repeat the other 1/2. Let rise.
- Cinn sugar:
- 1 Tbs Cinn
- 1 C Sugar
Shepherd's Pie/ Vick

Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream/cream cheese, egg yolk, S and P, and milk
- Left over Potatoes
- 2 Tbs Sour Cream or Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 C milk
- S and P
- 1 3/4 lbs Hamb
- 2 Carrots chopped (Opt)
- 1/4 Onion chopped
- 2 Tbs Butter or grease from Hamb
- 2 Tbs flour
- 3/4 C Beef Broth
- 1 Tbs Tomato Paste
- 1/3 C Ketchup
- 1/2 C Frozen Peas
- 1/2 C Frozen Corn
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbs Parsley
- Sliced Cheese
- S and P
Instant Pot Chicken and Rice / Jen

Season Chicken with S and P
- 1 1/4 lbs Chic Breast (cut in 1 1/2 in pieces)
- 3/4 C long grain white rice (uncooked)
- 1 1/3 C Chicken Broth or water
- 3 C fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Sm Can Cr of Chicken Soup
Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Season the chicken with S and P
- 1/2 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 stalk Celery , sliced
- 1/2 C Frozen Whole Kernel corn, thawed
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 4 C Chicken Broth
- 1 Carrot peeled and chopped
- 1 -15 oz Can Black Beans rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbs Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
Corn Muffins/ San

Add all ingredients. Mix
- 8 oz Box of Jiffy Corn Mix
- 8 oz Can of Cr or Whole Corn
- 1 Egg
- 1/8 C Veg Oil
- 3 oz Shredded Cheddar
- 3 oz Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Chopped Chives
Turkey Gravy/ San

Melt butter, add pepper, slowly add flour whisking constantly
- 1/4-1/3 C Butter
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1 Can Chic Broth
