Tart Lemon Squares

Combine flour and sugar in bowl; cut in margarine with pastry blender until resembles course meal
- 1 c flour
- 1/3 c sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 c plus 1 T chilled stick butter, cut into small pieces
- cooking spray
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 3 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 7 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp butter flavoring
- 2 T powdered sugar
Carol's Chicken Marinade

Mix well in bowl. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight for best flavor
- 1 1/4 c canola oil
- 3/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T dry mustard
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 2 T black pepper
- 1/3 c fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
Raspberry-Filled Cinnamon Muffins
