No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

Makes one 9-inch cheesecake
- 1/3 c melted butter
- 1 1/4 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatine
- 2/3 c water
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 pint (1 cup) whipping cream, whipped
Feta Spinach Veggie Burger

- 1 veggie burger
- 1/2 c fresh spinach leaves
- 2 oz reduced- fat feta cheese
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1 whole grain roll

- 1 c sugar
- 4 T cornstarch
- 1 c water
- 1 (3 oz) strawberry Jello

- 1/2 c molasses or sorghum

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Beef Bulgogi

Preheat oven to 450F. Mash beans, and chili powder in bowl to combine
- 1 (16 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 6 (6 inch) corn tortillas
- 1/4 c chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into 6 wedges
- 6 T chopped green chilies, undrained
- 6 T shredded cheddar cheese
- salsa
